Once your TrendMicro SPAM service account has been setup and your email is routed through our SPAM servers, you can access and manage your email quarantine (emails that are marked as junk or spam), by following these steps:
1. Access the TrendMicro Hosted Email Security portal
- If you click this link: https://euq.hes.trendmicro.com, you will be taken to the Trend Micro HES 2.0 Quarantine console. You can either login or register a new account.
2. Register your account (if needed)
- If you have not already registered you will need to click the “Register New User” link below.
3. Manage Your SPAM Quarantine
- Here you will be presented a list of any messages which are currently in your Spam Quarantine.
- For each message, you will have the option to Deliver, Delete, or Deliver and Approve Sender.
- In order to insure that future messages from a specific sender are not caught, you will want to check the message(s), then click Deliver and Approve sender. I don’t recommend doing this if you’re not sure the message is from a valid sender.
- You can also manage this list by clicking the “Approved Senders” item in the menu on the left of the screen.
